Any stock labeled with the “Grade 2” icon is considered “clearance stock.” This means it has been released by the source company to make room for new inventory. While not sold as ‘brand new,’ these items have never been sent to customers or previously sold. Most of this stock comes directly from the warehouses of leading UK mail-order and high street companies and is expected to be in excellent condition. However, there is a chance of receiving seconds or items with warehouse-related damage, and we do not accept returns on these items.
