While not sold as ‘brand new,’ these items have never been sent to customers or previously sold. Most of this stock comes directly from the warehouses of leading UK mail-order and high street companies and is expected to be in excellent condition. However, there is a chance of receiving seconds or items with warehouse-related damage, and we do not accept returns on these items
