At Stockport Pallet Warehouse, we are committed to providing high-quality liquidation goods at competitive prices. Due to the nature of liquidation and wholesale inventory, our return policy is structured to ensure fairness and transparency for both parties.
1. General Return Policy
All sales made through our website are considered final, unless otherwise stated. Liquidation goods are typically sold “as-is”, and may include overstock, shelf pulls, or customer returns.
We encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns may only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is significantly different from the description provided.
- The item is damaged during transit (see Section 3).
- The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
To be eligible for a return:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- The item must remain unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must document the damage immediately upon delivery (photos/videos required).
- Any visible damage must be noted with the carrier at the time of delivery.
- Claims submitted without proper documentation may be denied.
We reserve the right to:
- Offer a replacement,
- Issue a partial refund, or
- Provide a full refund, depending on the situation.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Bulk pallet sales and wholesale lots
- Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”
- Items sold “as-is” or “uninspected”
- Change-of-mind purchases
- Orders where the buyer failed to review product specifications
5. Return Authorization Process
All returns must be approved in advance.
To request a return:

- Provide your order number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence (photos/videos)
- Wait for a Return Authorization (RA) Number
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Depending on your financial institution, processing times may vary
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.
